TeAM’s Quality Management Program is built on two platforms: Effective advance planning, to ensure all tasks are appropriately staffed and all team members have the necessary equipment training and committment e the principles of integrity and service to the client TeAM requires; and rigorous monitoring, a contiuous system of feedback and corrective actions, to assure any variances from Acceptance Criteria are dealt with quickly and effectively.

  •   TeAM’s program managers, subject matter experts and senior personnel will form an Advisory committee to serve as a knowledge repository for all    employees on a project, ensuring the full breadth of TeAM’s expertise is available at all times.
  •   TeAM’s aggressive human resource policies ensure projects are staffed on time; TeAM’s commitment to staff retention then guarantees little to no disruption.
  •   TeAM will design a specific Quality Management Program tailored to the needs of each task order and establish clear goals and deliverables before work commences.
  •   TeAM will provide a Project Management Office complete with a Quality Management Team. The QMT will develop metrics, conduct audits internally and resolve any deficiencies.
  •   TeAM will provide a single point of contact for all subcontractors to create clear lines of authority and ensure all contracting companies operate as one unit.
  •  TeAM will routinely conduct Quality Management Reviews.
  •  TeAM will provide a task tracker to ensure accurate and transparent reporting.
  • TeAM will create a robust Risk Management Plan, identifying major risks to the project and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
