IT Modernization Flies High With TeAMwork

Once again, TeAM will help keep the Air Force up to speed.

The Air Force Medical Support Agency (AFMSA) selected a group including Technology, Automation and Management Inc. (TeAM) to manage its worldwide Medical Systems Infrastructure Modernization (MSIM) effort. The team, led by The Centech Group, and supported by TeAM and Consolidated Networks Coropration (CNC) was awarded a 30-month contract to provide converged network service, supporting the agency's global objectivies.

TeAM will provide modernization support for all Air Force Medical Treatment Facilities worldwide, ensuring all computing infrastructure, including wired and wireless data, voice and video services, is up to date. TeAM's proven ability to integrate modernization efforts in a precise, cohesive manner and its long history of support of the Air Force made the company a strong candidate for the award.

The Air Force award is both TeAM's newest contract with the Service and its latest modernization effort. TeAM currently helps manage modernization efforts with the Military Health System Cyberinfrastructure Service (MCiS) while it was recently awarded a prime contract on the Air Force Medical Service Consultant, Advisory and Technical Services ID/IQ (AFMS CATS).
