TPOCS User Training Demo

In 2001, TeAM prepared a set of online training modules for users of a complex database application, the Third Party Collections System (TPOCS). The training consists of simulations that guide users through the basic tasks they need to know for day-to-day work with the TPOCS system.

For each task, the user first performs the task in a complete simulation with step-by-step instructions. When a user feels ready, he or she takes a Mastery Test for the task. In the Mastery Test, the user must efficiently complete a specified example of the given task without guidance (just as in the actual work environment).
