TeAM Inc. is seeking highly qualified candidates to provide product oversight of AHLTA, Composite Health Care System (CHCS) and Essentris to include all related project activities for the Defense Health Information Management Support (DHIMS) program office. This involves advising and reporting to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) on (DHIMS) development and deployment contractors, category 3 developers, by monitoring the execution of activities, and providing direct program customer interface support to all levels of the Military Health System (MHS).

The selected candidates will assist the Government project managers in ensuring that development, enhancement and sustainment projects are managed in accordance with industry standards.

Project Control Planner – Senior:
Oversee, orchestrate, and perform day-to day management of assigned projects that involve teams of consultants, functional experts, analysts and other Project IPT members. Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects, including assessment of staff and expenditure of ODCs. Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills.

General Management Professional – Senior:
Manage individual advanced technology system design, prototyping, development, integration, testing, and training, deployment, and operation and/or maintenance tasks. Provide solutions to identified problem reports. Perform day-to-day management of highly technical tasks, working with other information system and management professionals. Plans, organizes, coordinates and executes all activities associated with assigned task. Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills.

Task Manager – Advance Technology:
Serves as the Contractor's Task Manager, and may be the Contractor's authorized point of contact with the Government Task Manager. Under the guidance of the Project Manager, provide management of specific tasks. Interface with Government management personnel, contract managers, and customer agency representatives. Formulate and enforce work standards, assign Contractor schedules, review work quality, communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates. Demonstrate capability in the overall management of complex tasks, and strong team building skills.

Administrative Assistant:
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and staff support to the garrison product supports staff of the Defense Health Information Management System (DHIMS) program office. Working under the direct supervision of the Program Manager this position provides all necessary organizational support and is responsible for a variety of other tasks which include but are not limited to assisting with research for products and services and product development; maintain and update database as needed; prepare travel arrangements; manage the Program Directors’ calendar and appointments and maintain a directorate monthly calendar; Draft and edit correspondence and reports; Provide meeting support as needed (e.g., scheduling conference rooms, meeting agendas, meeting minutes action items, memos, and presentations); answer, screen, and direct requests for information and/or forward messages to appropriate staff. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
