TeAM’s Quality Objectives:

  • Staff Evaluations - 90% of staff evaluations completed by the anniversary date.

  • Security Paperwork - 100% of security paperwork submitted to TeAM within 24 hours of employment start date and forwarded to appropriate authority within 24 hours of submission.

  • Corrective Action Resolution - 90% of all corrective actions must have either a written action plan in place or be resolved within ten business days.

  • Quality of Deliverables - 90% of all final contract deliverables (e.g., client invoices, progress reports, and software systems) must be accepted by our clients without rework unless otherwise provided for by contract.

  • On-time Delivery - 90% of all deliverable products and services specified per contracts must be delivered to our clients on or before the due dates.
