Maryland Consulting and Technical Services II (Maryland CATS II) is a Master Contract for procuring information technology and consulting services for all State of Maryland agencies. The contract is designed to increase overall efficiency through Task Order Requests for Proposals (TORFP) or Requests for Resumes (RFR) as needed.

Through the five-year contract, which expires in May, 2014, TeAM and its valued partners will be able to contribute services in 17 functional areas:
