TeAM combines the expertise of consultants with clinical and information technology training to provide Healthcare Informatics services to healthcare and information technology clients. Our services include market surveys, needs assessments, software development, implementation support, end user training, and post implementation (maintenance) support.

In the area of clinical software development, TeAM provides workflow assessment and functional requirements definition and validation services, in conjunction with application integration assessments. Our informatics analysts work with our system and software engineers to "decompose" functional requirements into detailed requirements and, ultimately, software requirements documents and system engineering specifications. TeAM staff uses the Dynamic Object Oriented Requirement Management System (DOORS) tool, which is a robust, object oriented requirement management database to document all health care requirements definition activities.
