TeAM's logistics capability ensures that program management and systems engineering decisions are made in light of their potential impacts on long-term system sustainability and life cycle costs. We provide expert planning, integration, and monitoring services for the seven functional elements of the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) model including: computer resources; technical data; manpower and personnel; supply support; support and test equipment; packaging, handling, shipping, and transportation; and, training and training support.

TeAM offers expertise in the preparation of logistical input to requirements documents,
Requests for Proposals (RFP), Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP), Continuity of Operations
Plans (COOP), as well as other ILS documentation. Our staff of logisticians work with program
managers to create, submit, and track Independent Government Estimates (IGEs), determine the basis
of estimates, and write Statements of Work (SOWs). We also monitor and evaluate contract deliverables
for operational effectiveness, functionality, cost efficiency, benefits, and contract compliance.

A common misconception of Commercial Software procurement is that prices are fixed, either
at GSA or Commercial rates. Based on the timing of a purchase, volume of licenses, competitive
pressures, the vendor's current financial conditions, cost savings of 50% or more off GSA or
Commercial rates are not unrealistic goals. To this end, TeAM offers services that facilitate
the procurement and maintenance of commercial software at reduced rates. In particular, TeAM
delivers:
- Expertise in Commercial and Government software procurement, maintenance, and deployment.
- Scalable service from piecemeal purchases to the establishment of full enterprise agreements.
- Software distribution, version control, and user population monitoring.
- Proven significant cost reductions.
- Detailed cost analyses and projected out year budgeting estimates.
- Vendor website monitoring to keep up-to-date on bugs, patches, and new version releases.
- Advice on potential contract pitfalls and vendor profit making strategies.
- Guidance on processes to assure compliance with contract terms and conditions and to avoid costly contract breaches.

TeAM offers formalized, standard processes and procedures to support systems
configuration management (CM) throughout the system life cycle. We provide significant expertise
in the management of the CM process and the ability to perform all CM program activities to
ensure compliance with client policies and procedures. The goal of TeAM's CM efforts is to
enable our clients to minimize the operational costs of systems, while maximizing their
performance and interoperability.

TeAM provides services to track and coordinate the movement of hardware resources to
ensure efficient, timely, and accurate hardware turn-in and exchange. We also develop outlines
for the associated technology refreshment procedures. Once a technology refreshment program
is established, TeAM provides continuous status updates that monitor refreshment activities
against the hardware and software baseline.
