The OASIS+ contract is a comprehensive, best-in-class (BIC) procurement vehicle that enables government agencies to access a wide array of complex professional services. Designed to streamline procurement processes, OASIS+ encompasses multiple core disciplines, blending expertise in project management, engineering services, scientific research, and financial management, among others. This initiative provides federal agencies with the flexibility required to support their integrated professional service needs in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
– Provides a single solution for complex requirements.
– Supports commercial and non-commercial acquisition.
– Supports all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level.
– Allows ancillary support components, commonly referred to as other direct costs (ODCs) at the task order level.
